ChiroCredit, a trusted online continuing education provider serving chiropractors and chiropractic assistants for more than 25 years, is seeking a forward-thinking and industry-connected Director of Chiropractic Content to lead the strategy, development, and accreditation of continuing education for chiropractic professionals.
This role is responsible for shaping a relevant, high-quality content roadmap that reflects current clinical trends, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of both individual practitioners and enterprise chiropractic organizations. You will oversee accreditation, review and approve all content for accuracy and compliance, develop new courses, and cultivate a strong network of instructors and subject matter experts.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is respected in the chiropractic community, understands what content resonates with today’s learners, and can translate industry insight into a scalable CE portfolio.
This position offers a starting salary of $110k per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision. life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.Â

Shape the Chiropractic Content Roadmap
- Develop and maintain a data-informed content plan aligned with state licensure requirements, emerging clinical trends, and learner demand.
- Identify timely topics that resonate with practicing chiropractors across settings, including solo practitioners, group practices, and enterprise organizations.
- Monitor upcoming expirations and regulatory changes to ensure a compliant and competitive catalog.
Own Accreditation and Compliance
- Oversee chiropractic CE accreditation applications, renewals, reporting, and audits.
- Ensure all courses meet state board and accrediting body standards.
- Maintain organized compliance documentation in partnership with Content Operations.
Lead Content Development and Review
- Develop new course concepts, outlines, and learning objectives.
- Review and approve all chiropractic content for clinical accuracy, professional credibility, and regulatory alignment.
- Ensure instructional materials reflect current standards of care and minimize professional risk.
Cultivate and Manage the Instructor Network
- Recruit, vet, and engage qualified chiropractic instructors and subject matter experts.
- Match instructors to priority topics based on expertise and learner needs.
- Provide feedback to maintain high instructional standards.
Act as Profession-Facing Thought Leader
- Maintain an active pulse on trends in chiropractic practice, policy, and continuing education.
- Engage with professional associations, conferences, and industry conversations to identify emerging opportunities.
- Provide insight to internal stakeholders on topics that will drive engagement and retention.
Support B2B and Enterprise Priorities
- Ensure content strategy reflects the needs of group practices, multi-site organizations, and enterprise buyers.
- Provide subject-matter credibility in select enterprise conversations when appropriate.
- Identify content themes that support workforce development, compliance, and retention initiatives for B2B clients.
Monitor Quality and Learner Outcomes
- Use data like course ratings, learner feedback, completion rates, and engagement metrics to refine content priorities and improve learner satisfaction.
- Proactively address content-related issues to reduce support tickets and compliance risk.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Technology Platform team and Content Operations to align roadmap priorities and production workflows.
- Provide profession-specific insights to leadership on risks, trends, and opportunities.
Required:
- Active Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license in good standing.
- At least 7 years of clinical chiropractic experience.
- Experience developing, reviewing, or managing continuing education content.
- Working knowledge of state chiropractic CE- requirements and accreditation standards.
- Strong ability to identify clinically relevant, timely topics that resonate with practicing chiropractors.
- Experience collaborating across teams in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience serving as a CE presenter, author, or instructor.
- Familiarity with Doctor of Chiropractic degree program structure, accreditation standards, and post-graduate curricula
- Experience engaging with professional associations or speaking at industry events.
- Familiarity with CE requirements and policies.
- Exposure to enterprise or multi-site chiropractic organizations.

Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) required.
- Minimum 7 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in CE development, accreditation management, or professional education preferred.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
