About the Role

As a Software Engineer II, you play a role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our software solutions. Your expertise in software development and commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant solutions for our customers will guide your day to day. You will work with a variety of technologies and frameworks to complete tasks in an efficient manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in an agile environment.


Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain enterprise software applications
- Collaborates with the product team on requirements elicitation to deliver software
- Authors and reviews unit/integration test
- Participate in code and software review processes
- Collaborates with members of the product, test, and software engineering organizations
- Builds expertise on one or more major features of a single software application
- Operates with minimal oversight, and proactively engages with leadership when necessary
- Consistently meets all compliance requirements for the assigned project and broader organization
- Escalates to management appropriately and as needed
- Pro-actively creates written documentation to improve the documented assets for a product
- Makes clear efforts to produce deliverables that do not require revision
- Gives consideration to how a deliverable will be tested and/or reviewed
- Can lead a project when supported by more senior members of the team
- Develops an understanding of the business domain associated with assigned work
- Develops a growth plan in collaboration with management, and makes continual progress against that plan


Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Experience working in a highly collaborative agile software organization
