Job Summary: This role is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the bank’s customer and deposit account files in compliance with established policies and procedures. This includes performing a variety of duties related to customer file maintenance to ensure that all new information, corrections and changes are promptly entered into the system and that supporting documentation is properly archived. Person(s) assuming this role must be able to exhibit excellent customer service to the bank’s customers and fellow employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Â
This is a centralized function to support deposit operations and to a limited degree, loan operations as it relates to verifying loan customer information files. Â This process will help increase accuracy of records and record keeping throughout the bank. Â
Duties will entail the following:
- Ensuring that all CIF and deposit account documents are obtained, properly executed, and imaged appropriately for electronic retrieval. Â Â Â
- Verifying that data obtained in CIF and deposit account documents is accurately reflected on the core and other systems as applicable
- Recording and tracking of missing documents and inaccuracies in data input
- Follow-up training of CSRs/Universal Bankers as to ensure comprehension of procedures
- Back-up CSR as neededÂ

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 years prior banking experience in branch or deposit operations area
Physical Requirements:Â
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Â
- May need to stand for long periods of time.Â
