Essential Job Duties:Â
Allocates and monitors resources to implement the unit patient care delivery model to achieve world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.Â
Performs patient assessments in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes.Â
Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment.Â
Analyzes collected data to formulate and implement a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe outcomes consistent with world class performance levels.Â
Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.Â
Assists with and/or facilitates resolution or management of customer issues/concerns/comments.Â
Contributes to a high-performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.Â
Apply for nursing council or committee and be vested on one council at least every 5 years. 80% attendance in person or by phone is required. Advancements in Clinical Ladder will be reflected in yearly application process and is expected for job performance standards.Â

 Minimum Qualifications:Â
Education -- Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.Â
Experience -- One year of nursing experience; specialty certification preferred.Â
Reports to: Nurse Manager and/or DirectorÂ
