Long-term Care Facility in Vincennes is seeking an MDS Coordinator. Must be an RN. Experience preferred but not necessary. This is a salaried position and the rate of pay is based on experience. Summary

The MDS Coordinator completes resident assessments and develops care plans per current regulations and in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with MDS, resident assessment, care plans and CAAs preferred.
  • Currently licensed registered nurse with the State of Indiana.
  • Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
  • Preferred Wound Certification
