Summary:

Primary duties will be conducive to what job title they are performing.

Essential Duties

• Production Worker-1 must be proficient in Bundling, Cutting, Spreading, Wrapping and Staging Pallets, Loading Gen III Shipments, Shipping and Receiving Bowling orders, Receiving and Unloading Fabric Shipments, unloading other shipments as needed.
• Follow all Agency and OSHA safety regulations at all times. 
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow Agency attendance policy.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Must be trained and certified on forklift.
• Responsible for following a schedule of and performing preventive maintenance on all Cutting department equipment (example: changing cutting blades, resetting parameters in the cutter software, cleaning all working parts of equipment). 
• All other duties deemed necessary.
• Maybe required to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and if required lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Additional hours if needed are mandatory.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime, alternating lunch and break schedules when needed.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately.
• Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment and plan and organize workload.
• Accepts responsibility and demonstrates leadership.
• Is able to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Trustworthy- Able to keep business confidences as required.
• Open minded- Willing to embrace change.
• Forklift experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office products preferred. 

Education and or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.  

Physical Demands

Repetitive motion required. Lifting, bending, twisting, and turning are required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties.
