What You'll Do

As a Residence Specialist II, you'll help individuals develop skills that support recovery, independence, and successful community living.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting residents with daily living and recovery goals
Assisting in the development of individualized service plans
Monitoring and documenting resident progress by maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
Facilitating recreational, social, and skill-building activities
Providing transportation assistance as needed
Encouraging community integration and participation
Supporting a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment

What You'll Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in behavioral health, residential services, or community mental health
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong documentation and organizational skills
