Assists in daily operation of Storeroom/Materials Management. Provides service to all hospital/network areas that requires attention to detail, specialized product and equipment knowledge, additional clinical understanding, and increased interaction with ERP system. Includes daily interaction with Purchasing related to requisitions and order confirmation, setting up new inventory products, root cause analysis on item discrepancies, issues credit on returns, backorder confirmation and analysis, assists with cycle counts completion and analysis, etc.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare supply chain preferred.
Certification/ Licensure:
- Valid Driver's License.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge inventory software, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required.
