This role oversees daily sales operations, desking deals, coaching consultants, and ensuring compliance with company processes and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for mentoring others while maintaining a positive and professional culture.  Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Desk and structure deals in coordination with the F&I department to ensure profitability and compliance. Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up processes to maximize customer opportunities. Oversee new and used vehicle inventory presentation, pricing, and merchandising. Assist the General Sales Manager and General Manager in developing and executing sales strategies. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and follow-up throughout the buying experience. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Work closely with accounting, service, and parts departments to ensure smooth operational flow. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for sales consultants. Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Strong understanding of automotive retail sales processes, CRM tools, and F&I integration. Proficiency with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or similar). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and performance data. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
