Education

• Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree - Physical Therapy

Certification/Licensure

• VA License - Physical Therapy
• BLS
• Must Maintain a minimum of 100 Continuing Education Contact Hours in Approved Specialty

2 Years Experience as a Physical Therapist Required
