What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of 5-25 kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and speed of service
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Support high-volume service and private events
What We Need:
- 3+ years in food & beverage or hospitality
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
