What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of Apartment turnover or general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic carpentry and repair skills, such as drywall repair, door installation, and minor interior repairs is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual ability is a plus
