QualificationsEducation and Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four to five years of experience working in the counseling field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.   Certifications Certified Addiction Counselor preferred but not required.
