· Source, develop leads, prospect and continually network

Qualifications:
· Sales experience highly preferred
· Have computer experience and good organization skills
· High school diploma required, college degree preferred
· Successful completion of background check and drug screen
· Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
· Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $85,700 and $104,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
