Overview
Works alongside department leadership to provide consultation and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies, procedures, initiatives and programs related to the department's function and areas of responsibility. Participates in planning and implementation of department initiated programs, including support for ongoing monitoring. Designs and prepares moderate to complex reports and creates presentations in support of
department operations or special projects utilizing available business tools such as Microsoft Office applications,
report writers, databases, or proprietary and/or commercial information systems.
