• Support Staff:
      - RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN,
      - RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
• Duties:
      - Pre-Employment Physicals
      - Return-to Duty Testing
      - DOT Physicals
      - Workers compensation injury care
• No. of Exam Room: 5
• EMR: Systoc
• Other Info: Will rotate coverage between 2 facilities
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active VA License
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• DOT Certification
• Immunization
