Charlottesville, Virginia Occupational Medicine Locum Tenens
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Board Certified MD/DO for an exciting Occupational Medicine / Family Medicine locum tenens opportunity in Charlottesville, VA. This unique role provides patient-centered primary care to employees and their families of Albemarle County within a well-established, community-based clinic.
Opportunity Details:
- Location: Charlottesville, VA
- Contract Type: Occupational Medicine / Family Medicine Locum Tenens
- Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing (Urgent Need!)
- Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Rotational)
- Setting: Clinic-based practice providing comprehensive primary and occupational health services
Practice Setting & Patient Population:
- Providing care for Albemarle County employees and their families
- All ages seen – Full-spectrum Family Medicine & Occupational Health
- EMR System: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- DOT Certified Providers Preferred (Willing to obtain if not currently certified)
- Must have DEA & Dispensing License
Provider Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Virginia Medical License & Unrestricted DEA
- DOT Certification (or willingness to obtain ASAP)
- Experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred
