Job Description

Provide administrative and project information support services including records management, administrative coordination, conference room support, information tracking, reporting, and operational support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project and administrative information systems
    • Support records and information management activities
    • Assist with conference room scheduling and event coordination
    • Support setup and operation of AV and teleconference equipment
    • Maintain project report libraries and information databases
    • Support administrative process improvement initiatives
    • Assist with travel management and office coordination activities
    • Generate reports and administrative documentation
    • Provide customer service and staff support assistance
    • Support onboarding and administrative operations as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, information management, or related discipline required
    • Minimum 7 years administrative management or related experience required
    • Experience in information and records management required
    • Strong organizational and communication skills required
    • Experience supporting conference room and AV operations preferred

Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite
    • SharePoint and information management systems
    • Audio-visual equipment and teleconference systems
    • Database and reporting systems
    • Scheduling and workflow management systems
    • Administrative tracking and document management tools

Required Specialized Experience

  • Experience supporting administrative and project information operations
    • Experience maintaining project report libraries and records databases
    • Experience supporting facilities and conference room operations
    • Experience troubleshooting presentation and AV equipment
    • Experience supporting administrative workflow and records management functions
