Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Production Welders (Level II–III) to support fabrication and manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of welding and metal fabrication tasks while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding using MIG, TIG, wire feed, spot welding, and oxy-acetylene torch methods
  • Prepare, clean, and finish welds to meet quality standards
  • Set up materials and layouts using hand tools or material handling equipment
  • Operate grinders, sanders, wire wheels, and other finishing tools
  • Weld structural components such as I-beams, frames, and tanks in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
  • Assemble components using methods such as clamping, tack welding, drilling, tapping, cutting, and bolting
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
  • Inspect welds and completed assemblies; perform rework when needed
  • Adjust welding equipment, including wire and gas changes, as required
  • Ensure proper setup and safe operation of all welding equipment
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
  • Support pressure testing of fabricated parts when required
  • Complete assigned work within established production timelines and quality expectations
  • Accurately track work completed and time using company systems
  • Report any material, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors


Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with welding and fabrication tools/equipment
  • Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production welding environment
  • MIG welding certification
  • TIG welding experience or certification
  • Technical or vocational training in welding or fabrication
