Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing & Sales Consultant to help expand our customer base, strengthen our brand presence, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for boating or the marine industry, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote boat sales, service offerings, and seasonal promotions
• Manage online presence, including website updates, social media content, and digital advertising campaigns
• Conduct customer outreach, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales collateral
• Assist in organizing events, boat shows, and community engagements
• Track marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
• Maintain a deep understanding of the marine market and competitor offerings
Qualifications
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (marine industry experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Creative problem-solver with a strong customer-service mindset
• Passion for boating, outdoor recreation, or marine industries is preferred

What You’ll Do
• Help spread the word about our boats and services through social media, online ads, and basic marketing campaigns

• Assist with events, boat shows, and community activities
• Create simple marketing materials when needed
