Pay: $32.00-$42.00/hourly
Payroll Specialist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 5(8s)

- Process end-to-end payroll, reconcile timecards, manage deductions, and maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Stay current on payroll system updates and requirements, including federal and state regulations, forms, best practices, system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting
- Provide payroll support to employees and leaders, including employment verifications and reporting requests
Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous payroll experience required
- Experience creating, configuring, and maintaining payroll and HRIS systems is a must
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
