Charge Nurse (RN) – Full-Time NOC Shift

Linwood Meadows Care Center – Visalia, CA
Salary Range: $40–$55/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the NOC shift. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift

• Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Monitor and assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and state and federal regulations

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive care environment

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills

• Compassionate and resident-centered approach
