Job DetailsJob Location: The Atelier - Vista, CA 92081Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 HourlyFacilities Maintenance Technician  Full-Time | North San Diego County $25–$30 per hour (DOE) Weekends, Evenings & Holidays as Needed Help Keep Our Premier Event Venues Beautiful and Event-Ready Trademark Venues is seeking a skilled, dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain our beautiful outdoor wedding and event venues throughout North San Diego County. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring our venues remain safe, functional, and guest-ready every day. From preventative maintenance and facility repairs to responding quickly during live events, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for thousands of guests each year. If you enjoy solving problems, working outdoors, and take pride in maintaining high-quality facilities, we'd love to hear from you.  What You’ll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs across outdoor venue grounds, buildings, and event spaces Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical issues as needed Conduct routine inspections of venue facilities to identify safety hazards, repair needs, and maintenance priorities Respond to urgent maintenance requests during events to ensure seamless guest experience Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition Support preventative maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and workplace standards Complete other duties as assigned  What We’re Looking For Experience Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience Minimum of 2 years of plumbing and electrical experience required OR relevant trade certification preferred Experience working in outdoor environments, event venues, or high-traffic facilities preferred Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs strongly preferred Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, repair techniques, and safety practices Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively Basic hand and power tool proficiency required Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus  Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for eight (8) hours or more in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment requiring frequent movement Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction, and kneel, stoop, bend, and climb stairs Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions  Why Join Trademark Venues?
