If you’re organized, people‑focused, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you.   About the Role The Kitchen Prep Cook plays a critical role in supporting our culinary operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring food is prepared to company standards. This position helps create exceptional dining experiences by providing high-quality support to our catering and event teams. Attention to detail, consistency, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety are key to success in this role.   What You’ll Do Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and production schedules Wash, peel, chop, slice, and prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, and other food items  Assist with food production for weddings, special events, and catering operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment Properly label, store, and rotate food products following food safety guidelines Ensure compliance with all sanitation, food handling, and workplace safety standards Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries and inventory Support chefs and kitchen leadership with daily operational needs Help load and prepare food and supplies for transportation to event venues as needed Partner with teammates throughout the organization to support operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences Complete other duties as assigned   What We’re Looking For Experience Previous experience in food preparation in a kitchen setting required Catering and/or banquet experience a plus Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to stand or walk for up to eight (8) hours or more in a fast-paced environment requiring movement and the ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
