Staffing Proxy is partnering with ENT and Allergy Associates to recruit a full-time Audiologist for the Voorhees office.

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a Diagnostic and Dispensing Audiologist who is passionate about helping patients hear better while building strong patient relationships.

Position Overview

The Audiologist will provide diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, follow-up care, and patient counseling while working closely with ENT physicians and the clinical team.

The clinical scope and patient population may vary based on the needs and services offered at the assigned office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
  • Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing healthcare solutions.
  • Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on each patient's needs.
  • Take ear impressions and coordinate earmold and hearing aid orders.
  • Provide hearing aid follow-up care, troubleshooting, adjustments, and ongoing patient support.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
  • Collaborate with ENT physicians and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated patient care.
  • Manage an organized daily schedule while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Audiology; Au.D. preferred.
  • Active Audiology license.
  • Active hearing aid dispensing license (where required)
