Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for our leasing customers, delivering timely, professional support related to accounts, contracts, and service inquiries. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting internal teams in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding lease accounts, payments, and general service requests
  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly; escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team or specialist as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within internal systems
  • Assist with the administration and support of customer‑facing online portals
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs and account servicing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer service and operations teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening

Education & Experience
