About the Role
BRS is a family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving South Jersey, and we're looking for a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse, our vendors, and our field teams running like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person making sure technicians and installers have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it — from purchasing and inventory to installation staging and warranty claims.

What You'll Do
- Purchase materials, equipment, and supplies, and manage vendor relationships to get the best price, quality, and service.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and stock shipments, and keep purchasing/receiving records up to date.
- Stage and coordinate materials for upcoming installations, and troubleshoot last-minute material needs.
- Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish, including vendor coordination and returns.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and secure — including cycle counts and tool accountability.
- Serve as the communication hub between vendors, technicians, installers, dispatch, and management.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience with purchasing and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Sharp attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar ERP/inventory software.
- DOT certification.
- Background in warranty administration and claims processing.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and route optimization.
