We are seeking a Client Onboarding & Training Specialist to train new dealerships, support users, and establish the foundation of our customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and training for new dealership clients (virtual and on-site)
- Conduct training sessions and create quick reference guides for dealership staff
- Create playbooks, training materials, and client-facing documentation
- Document onboarding processes, FAQs, and best practices
- Collect and relay client feedback to the product team—no coding required
- Monitor adoption and follow up to ensure engagement and satisfaction
- 3–5 years in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, training, or customer success
- Experience teaching or training users on software (not IT support or development)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with dynamic business needs as the company quickly evolves and scales
- Experience managing projects inside tools like Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent systems
- Interest in process improvement, documentation, and client education
- Experience in automotive retail (dealership service or fixed ops) or B2B SaaS is a plus
