Dealer Dispatch is a web and mobile platform developed by DealerFLEX to streamline dealership workflow, communication, and safety. We help automotive teams stay organized, accountable, and connected through technology that simplifies complex operations.

We are seeking a Client Onboarding & Training Specialist to train new dealerships, support users, and establish the foundation of our customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead onboarding and training for new dealership clients (virtual and on-site)
  • Conduct training sessions and create quick reference guides for dealership staff
  • Create playbooks, training materials, and client-facing documentation
  • Document onboarding processes, FAQs, and best practices
  • Collect and relay client feedback to the product team—no coding required
  • Monitor adoption and follow up to ensure engagement and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, training, or customer success
  • Experience teaching or training users on software (not IT support or development)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with dynamic business needs as the company quickly evolves and scales
  • Experience managing projects inside tools like Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent systems
  • Interest in process improvement, documentation, and client education
  • Experience in automotive retail (dealership service or fixed ops) or B2B SaaS is a plus
