Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for helping lead daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and supporting team members throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can stay organized, motivate employees, solve problems quickly, and create a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during daily shifts

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

• Help train and coach team members

• Monitor wash quality and make sure vehicles are cleaned properly

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

• Open and close the business when needed

• Keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean and organized

• Monitor chemical levels, supplies, and inventory

• Ensure employees are following company procedures and safety guidelines

• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed

• Help drive sales of memberships and wash upgrades

• Communicate with management about any issues or concerns

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, dependable, and punctual

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable leading a team and holding employees accountable

• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Flexible schedule, including weekends

• Car wash or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
