Call Center Vehicle Buyer

If you enjoy talking with people and making deals, you’ll love this job. As a Call Center Vehicle Buyer, you help customers turn their cars into cash while keeping BYOT’s inventory moving.

No automotive experience needed. We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls from people selling their vehicles
• Ask simple questions and use our system to make fair offers
• Negotiate pricing based on training and company guidelines
• Coordinate pick-ups with our tow & logistics team
• Keep accurate notes in our call center software
• Hit individual & team performance goals

Auto knowledge or bilingual skills = bonus.
