Job DetailsJob Location: 8 1000 E Waco Dr - Waco, TX 76704Position Type: Full TimeJob Summary The Outlet Warehouse Team Member supports safe and efficient warehouse operations by operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining organization, and assisting with logistics tasks. This role is also responsible for processing outlet salvage materials removed from the sales floor, which may include clothing, plastics, aluminum, pillows, linens, and cardboard. Once removed from the sales floor, outlet merchandise is transported to the baling area where it is sorted, consolidated, and processed. The primary goal of this process is to reduce waste at the outlet by efficiently consolidating materials for resale and recycling. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with a strong commitment to following procedures and supporting warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities  The following duties are representative of the essential functions of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as operational needs require.  Equipment Operation Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and baling machines. Salvage Processing & Material Handling Receive, sort, and process salvage materials from the sales floor; separate linen from mixed salvage and place into designated gaylords for transfer to the HH location. Bale outlet and salvage commodities as needed, including clothing, plastics, aluminum, pillows, linens, cardboard, and other recyclable materials. Move, stage, store, and organize materials according to established procedures; assist production by loading and preparing tables for the sales floor when baling operations are not required. Safety, Recordkeeping & Communication Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; follow all safety policies and procedures and promptly report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records; communicate effectively with management and team members regarding workflow and operational needs. Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
