What You'll Do As a Parts Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to resource for customers and service techs alike, identifying part numbers, providing quotes, and getting the right parts into the right hands quickly. Customer service is at the heart of this role, and no two days look the same. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet every customer promptly and courteously, helping them find exactly what they need Fill parts requests accurately and efficiently for both service techs and walk-in customers Participate in rolling inventory checks to help keep the parts department running smoothly Handle difficult or emotional customer situations with professionalism and patience Seek out customer feedback and use it to improve service Respond promptly to requests for service and assistance Communicate clearly and persuasively, whether the conversation is easy or challenging Follow all company and vendor policies and procedures   Parts Sales Representative RequirementsWhat You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Proficient computer skills A customer-service-oriented attitude Related previous experience Why WCTractor Our mission is to be the best in the eyes of our customers, employees, community, and industry, reflecting honesty, integrity, and Christian values in everything we do.
