How you'll make an impact in this role
- Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and safe entry or exit protocols.
- Monitor patient well-being by tracking physical, mental, and emotional changes and reporting key findings to nursing staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation by maintaining precise patient records and clinical logs to support the healthcare team.
- Optimize environment safety by keeping patient rooms orderly and ensuring medical equipment is clean and well-maintained.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
- CNA/PCT experience preferred
