Participate in training and cross-training activities. Demonstrate teamwork, accuracy, and reliability. Willing to fill in at different locations periodically as requested PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Visual and auditory accuracy; ability to work an 8-hour shift in an indoor pharmacy setting with frequent movement between specialized areas; continuous use of computer systems, documentation tools, and telephone communication; continuous repetitive grasping, handling, and conversational interaction; long periods of standing or sitting; occasional reaching, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs. (including inventory totes or specialty materials); occasional work in confined, noisy, or dusty storage areas; occasional use of personal car; ability to understand, memorize, and follow detailed regulatory and workflow instructions; ability to read and interpret detailed specifications, documentation standards, and compliance materials.
