Job Description:
The Administrative Student Associate is a student employee responsible for assisting with details surrounding Intramural Sports, Outdoor Adventure, Club Sports, Fitness, Aquatics, Member Services, Communications, Camps, and assisting Campus Recreation professional staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors entering the Campus Recreation office.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain SLC Room Schedules.
- Distribute SLC facility calendars.
- Assist with all Campus Recreation and Camp administration and activities.
- Assist with organization and inventory of workroom and supply closets.
- Assist with set up and take down of equipment for various rooms and events.
- Distribute mail and packages within the SLC.
- Assist in the opening/closing of the Campus Recreation office.
- Assist the Office Manager with Reservations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have good communication skills; be positive, assertive, organized, proactive.
- CPR/AED Certification is preferred.
- Computer/technical literacy is preferred.
