Work Schedule: Flexible working hours.Preferred practice time hours would be Tuesday/Thursday 7:30am-10:30am. Monday/Friday practices are 2:00pm-5:00pm

Job Description:

Managers assist coaches and student-athletes by providing dependable, detail-oriented support in practices, matches, travel preparation, and behind-the-scenes team operations. This position is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in collegiate athletics, sport management, coaching, or event operations.

Practice Support
   •    Set up and break down courts (nets, antennas, ball carts, audio systems, training equipment).
   •    Assist with drills, feeding balls, shagging balls, and managing player rotations.
   •    Operate practice technology (video systems, stat software, radar guns, etc.).
   •    Ensure all equipment is organized, functioning, and available as needed.
Match Day Operations
   •    Manage balls during warm-ups and match play.
   •    Support visiting team logistics and officials when needed.   
   •    Help manage ball kids during the game. Sweep floor for sweat when needed.
