American Driveway is on the rise, and we’re looking for a forward‑thinking, detail‑obsessed Accountant/Bookkeeper who’s ready to make an impact. As we expand nationwide, we need someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, loves building smart financial systems, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.


You’ll play a key role in preparing and maintaining the financial records that fuel our growth. This position reports directly to our Chief Operation Officer, with a competitive salary range of $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Monthly Financial Reporting — Assist in preparing monthly balance sheets, income statements, and assigned financial reports.
  • Accounts Payable Management — Maintain AP and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper coding.
  • Invoice & Account Reconciliation — Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and support monthly closing and journal entries.
  • Bank Reconciliation — Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits, and resolve bank inquiries.
  • Cash & Customer Account Oversight — Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, customer accounts, and manage AR collections.
  • Invoice Payment Processing — Verify and complete AP payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Year‑End 1099 Management — Oversee and distribute all 1099 documentation.
  • Expense & Invoicing Processes — Manage expense reimbursements and invoicing workflows.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance — Maintain knowledge of accepted accounting practices and procedures.
  • Additional Duties — Support the finance team with related tasks as needed.


We’d Be Thrilled If You Have


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (Not required)
  • 1–3 Years of Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong Communication Skills — verbal and written
  • Exceptional Organization & Attention to Detail
  • Knowledge of Financial & Cost Accounting
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and other software tools
