Homecare Nurse - LPN or RN - $35 - $45 / hour

Location : Suffolk County, NY

Schedule : Flexible Shifts Available

Pay :

• LPN : $35/hour

• RN : $45 /hour

What you'll need:

• Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Empathy, Reliability , and a commitment to high-quality care

What you'll do :

• Perform 1:1 patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required.
