Process Operator - 1st Shift

Pay: $23.00 per hour and a $1,000 90-day probation completion bonus .

Hours: M-T 6:00AM-4:00PM (10 hour shift)

Packaging Operator- 

• Inspects foam insulation boards to ensure quality standards.
• Stacks foam insulation boards into pallets per company standards.
• Utilizes the current process to palletize boards and properly label each prior to storage.
• Conducts evaluation and repurposes production wastes, per company standards, as necessary.
• Performs fabrication process for composite panels.
• Responsible for the maintenance of a functional, clean, and efficient work area.
• Maintains a safe working environment. Follows all safety rules and procedures.
• Performs other duties as required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
