Directs, plans, performs, reports, and follows-up on independent oversight. Documents and discusses oversight results in the appropriate format and verifies adequacy of corrective actions.
EDUCATION
- High School/GED or equivalent (Required)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related Bachelor of Science (Preferred)
- Without the above degree, 6 years of technical (Operations, Operations Support, Engineering, Maintenance, manufacturing or construction) experience/training may be considered.
EXPERIENCE
- CONSULT:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 10 years of technical experience in Operations, Operations Support, Engineering, Maintenance, manufacturing or construction at a nuclear facility (Required)
             10 years of STP Operations, Operations Support, Engineering, Maintenance, manufacturing or construction experience (Preferred)
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS
- Current or Prev RO License. (Preferred)
- Current or Prev SRO License. (Preferred)
- Quality Lead Auditor (Preferred)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALITY OVERSIGHT:
- Selects areas for quality oversight, develops quality oversight plans/checklists, and evaluates oversight activity results.
- Prepares quality oversight activity related correspondence.
- Participates in pre-oversight and post-oversight conferences.
- Interviews personnel during quality oversight activities.
- Observes activities review documentation and evaluates and documents activity results.
- Initiates deficiency documentation and evaluates responses to deficiency documents and recommendations.
- Verifies adequacy of corrective actions and prepares oversight activity reports.
SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to understand and apply detailed technical concepts, standards, procedures, and methodologies.
- Qualify as Audit Team Leader.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accept Outage position.
- Accept ERO position and be able to meet the response requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access if needed.
- Successfully complete General Employee Training (GET) as required for position.

Environmental & Physical Requirements
- Environmental and physical requirements are subject to crouching, stooping, bending, twisting and/or lifting up to 30 lbs; ascending/descending stairs; sitting for extended periods of time; and spending considerable time in front of computer monitors.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Overtime and alternate work schedules as needed.
- Subject to callouts twenty-four hours per day seven days per week.
- Travel may be required.
- May be required to carry a phone.

WORK LOCATION
- Hybrid/Remote – Due to the nature of the work, this position provides the ability for a hybrid work schedule between Site and an alternate work location. Alternate work locations require adequate technology and a solid ergonomic setup is present. Note: Work schedules are contingent on business need.
