Position Highlights
Full-Time or Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Starting rate of pay $27.25
with extra consideration for experience
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing a safe, clean, attractive, andeconomically efficient environment.
Maintains consistent and regular communication with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding problems, conditions, information, equipment needs, personnel, and buildings.
Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in developing and maintaining preventive maintenance, repair, security, and life safety programs to ensure 24-hour a day operation.
Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring that buildings and grounds are in good condition and meet all applicable building and life safety codes.
Previous maintenance experience and/or training preferred.
Current CPR certification or completion upon next available program is required and provided by WCMH.
Monday through Friday schedule with occasional call back.
