The position of Adult Psych Unit Manager requires a two-year associate degree and current R.N. licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
Candidates must possess BLS certification and have 1-3 years of experience, particularly in psychiatric care of adult patients.
The manager will oversee the quality of patient care while ensuring efficient operations in accordance with hospital policies.
Responsibilities include coordination and supervision of unit staff, as well as ongoing assessment and improvement of departmental activities.
The role also functions as the administrative representative for the Adult Psych Unit.

REQUIREMENTS: TWO YEAR ASSOCIATE DEGREE. CURRENT R.N. LICENSURE IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. BLS. 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. PATIENT DATA, INCLUDING MEDICATIONS, ETC. CAPE TRAINING, EXPERIENCE IN PSYCHIATRIC CARE OF THE ADULT PATIENT.

JOB SUMMARY: THE ADULT PSYCH UNIT MANAGER WILL ENSURE THE PROVISION OF QUALITY PATIENT CARE IN THE MOST EFFICIENT MANNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOSPITAL POLICY; PROVIDES COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION OF UNIT STAFF. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ONGOING, EFFECTIVE OPERATION OF ADULT PSYCH UNIT, AND FOR THE ONGOING ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENTS. FUNCTIONS AS ADMINISTRATIVE REPRESENTATIVE.
