JOB SUMMARY: ASSESS AND ATTEND TO PATIENTS WHO ENTER A HOSPITAL’S EMERGENCY ROOM. THEY IMMEDIATELY TREAT ANY INJURIES, INFECTIONS, OR OTHER CONDITIONS TO STABILIZE PATIENTS. ER DOCTORS REQUEST MEDICAL TEST WHEN APPROPRIATE FOR PATIENTS, CREATE TREATMENT PLANS AND RECOMMEND PATIENTS TO APPROPRIATE SPECIALIST.
