POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Assembler will be responsible for assembly line tasks, as well as, identifying areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Assembles plastic and metal components using hands, fingers, and pneumatic tools into a finished product. 
• Connects electrical components as required depending on the configuration of the order. 
• Installs accessories as needed, such as racks, doors, literature, etc. to fulfill the order requirements. 
• Installs all packaging materials and places the finished unit into photo boxes and/or brown cardboard boxes.
• Places cardboard boxes on the taping machine and stacks on a pallets. 
• Uses a hand operated pallet jack move the full pallet to the shipping area without damaging. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Ability to work well in teams. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. 
• Regularly performs repetitive tasks.
• Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately. 
• Must be able to stand for more than 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to work extended hours.
