Material Handler

POSITION OVERVIEW:

A material handler manually moves products, merchandise, stock, and other materials.  This role entails maintaining inventory, taking note of the location of stock, verifying production orders, loading delivery trucks, and filling client orders. 

Candidate will also need to ensure safety in the working area and maintain accurate documentation of the materials that are being shipped.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Utilize RF inventory management system.
• Follow all OSHA and PPE standards.
• Help setup materials for production runs.
• Utilize WMS and warehouse procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds without assistance
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time
• Able to communicate effectively with team members
