What Will I Be Doing?Ā Ā

  • TeamĀ memberĀ must be able to work in aĀ team orientedĀ and safety conscious environment. ā€œSafety Firstā€ expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Ā 

  • This position requires the employee to work without supervision.Ā 

  • Must be able to use hand toolsĀ on a daily basisĀ such as power toolsĀ 

  • Willing to work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.Ā 

  • Work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and others asĀ required)Ā utilizingĀ fall protection equipment when needed.Ā 

  • Must be able to work in confined spaces as necessary to complete tasksĀ 

  • Must be able toĀ operateĀ and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, boom lifts, and skid loaders.Ā 

  • Must be able to adhere to the published work schedule while being flexible in hours based on workloadĀ 

  • Work without direct supervision on daily assigned work.Ā 

  • Maintain compliance with all company & customer regulations, policies, and proceduresĀ 

  • Must be able toĀ utilizeĀ industrial powered vehicles (RTFL, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift)Ā 

  • Must have a working knowledge andĀ proficiencyĀ with installing, repairing, andĀ maintainingĀ industrial electrical components and equipment including lighting, motors, inverters, softĀ startsĀ and wye-delta systems. Must have a working knowledge of schematics, mathematics, preventive/predictive technologies, basic computer literacy, safe electrical test, and measurement best practices. Cut, thread, bend and install raceway (conduit) and cable trays in an industrial setting; Install wire through raceway and cable trays to be tested by MCA; Must be aware and able to follow standards laid out by NECA 101Ā 

  • Must have an awareness and be able to perform calibration and documentation of functionsĀ pertaining toĀ the key elements of: Flow Measurement, Level Measurement, Pressure, Temperature, Analytical Instrumentation; Must be able to troubleshoot process control loops – using key elements and specialized testing equipment.Ā 

  • EnsuresĀ compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.Ā 

  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.Ā 

  • MaintainĀ personal tools required for your job to includeĀ an upĀ to date documented personal tool lists. Required toolĀ listingĀ to be supplied as part of employment.Ā 

  • MeetĀ physicalĀ requirements of the job. Physical requirementsĀ ofĀ the job will be provided to you prior to employment.Ā 

  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.Ā

  • Ā Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License upon meeting state required qualifications; ability to obtain ISA’s CCST Level 1 Certification.Ā 

  • Experience: 5+ years of electrical andĀ controlsĀ experience and/or 4+ years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred.Ā 

  • Must have current valid driver’s licenseĀ

The compensation for the position is: $35.70 - $42.00
