Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

 In this role you will perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with organizational instructions, established safety procedures and ISO standards. Monitor the production processes to ensure the final product quality meets the customer’s specification. Assigns, develop and direct team members to competently perform the below in a manner that meets the production schedule targets, productivity goals and product specifications

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Set up and operate all equipment according to company procedures, standards, and work instructions.
  • Follow all processing, measuring, packaging, and shipping procedures as directed.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment as directed.
  • Complete all computer work and paperwork neatly and correctly as directed.
  • Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Comply with all company labor policies.
  • Actively participate in company betterment activities.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to develop self.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned or required.

  • Deals effectively and cooperatively with established policies and procedures

 

Additional Information

THE ENVIRONMENT

  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as… (i.e., safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves etc).
  • The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Occasional sitting ranging from .25 to 2.5 hours per day
  • Continuous standing ranging from 5.5 to 8 hours per day
  • Frequent walking ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 hours per day
  • Frequent reaching ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 hours per day
  • Frequent bending/stooping ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 hours per day
  • Frequent lifting of weights ranging from 0-50 pounds 2.5 to 5.5 hours per day
  • Will never be required to lift weight over 50 pounds without assistance
  • Frequent pushing/pulling ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 hours per day
  • Frequent fine manipulation ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 hours per day
