Grill Cook (Full-Time)

As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for performing culinary job duties and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area/environment at all times. To ensure our guests receive the highest standards of quality of food taste and presentation Assist lead grill cook and managers in the day-to-day operations. Help train new staff members to meet HGVC standards. Order food stock from storeroom as needed, prepare backup stock, and prep these accordingly to menu specs. Commitment and dedication to our service culture is an encouraging behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times.
