We’re not a production shop—we’re a precision repair facility focused on doing the job right, following OEM procedures, and delivering elite-level workmanship.

We’re looking for a 1st Class Auto Body Technician with strong structural experience to join our high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Perform advanced structural repairs including frame and unibody corrections
Section, replace, and install quarter panels and major structural components
Execute high-level welding (MIG, spot weld, silicon bronze, aluminum) to OEM standards
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
Work from OEM repair procedures and ensure compliance on every job
Collaborate with estimators and production team to ensure proper repair plans
Identify additional damage and communicate for supplements
Maintain quality control standards – no shortcuts, no guesswork

What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience as a high-level auto body technician
Proven experience with quarter panel replacements and structural welding
Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Experience with aluminum repair (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
I-CAR certifications (a plus, not required – we will help you grow)
