UNIBODY Autotech Collision — Hawaii’s premier EV-certified collision repair center — is hiring a Collision Estimator Trainee. If you’re sharp, motivated, and great with people, we’ll teach you everything from the ground up.

This is your chance to learn a 6-figure career skill in estimating, insurance negotiations, and advanced vehicle repair planning.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

Write repair estimates using CCC ONE software (we train)
Learn how to read vehicle damage and build repair plans
Communicate with insurance companies to get approvals
Assist customers through the repair process (customer service + sales)
Understand OEM repair procedures (Tesla, Rivian, etc.)
Identify additional damage and write supplements
Track repairs from drop-off to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (you’ll talk to customers + insurance daily)
Coachable, fast learner with a winning attitude
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable with computers and technology
Sales mindset (this role earns based on performance long-term)
Automotive interest is a plus (not required)
